A Happy 40th To my Best Friend

Today was my Best Friends Birthday so of course I had to do a birthday card for her. Today was extra special because she turned 40. She is my rock and deserves everything good to come her way. I stayed home from work due to my DS being sick, he's been sick since Saturday and can't seem to break a fever. My DH was home yesterday with him , So I took today off to stay with him. This also gave me a chance to get some crafting done along with making that Birthday card.

Sunday Football,some snacks and A lot of crafting!

Happy Football Sunday!...My awesome DH took today off so we could spend the day watching Football together. What a great day, along with Football its been raining all day! Makes it even better. We've done a lot of snacking and made a pack we would stay in jammies all day. I know that I'll be doing a double work out tomorrow. (hehe)

I've also had a chance to get into the craft room and get a birthday card done for my Best friend's coworker who shares her birthday. Which is this Tuesday!. I have a lot of birthdays and anniversaries this month so I'm sure I'll stay busy.

I also made two tic tac holders that I saw on Pinterest. There are so many different styles I couldn't even tell you which one I saw. So credit goes out to everyone who has done one.

 

We plan on watching Football the rest of this Sunday afternoon and evening and do nothing else. What a great plan for a Rainy Sunday .

Halloween Card

I thought I would put up the Christmas stamps and get out my Halloween Stamps. My DH is a huge Halloween Fan, my house is always decorated inside and out and he does it all...lol

So I decided to do a Halloween Card and it came out rather nice..

This morning I've been busy in the craft room organizing and getting ready for the Pre Sale of the Christmas cards that I make. I figured if my MIL can Christmas Shop this early , then i'm starting the Cards! I found this Design on Pinterest (CASE) from Nina and thought it was really cute!..I thought I had the punch for this card but it looks like this is the one punch I didn't have!..Time to place an order for more goodies I think!. So I stamped out the designs of each one then put it in the embossing folder and cut them out one by one.

 

I think with this card, many different color combinations can be used. I'll be trying a few others to see if they are just as cute!
