Using Masking tape as a background effect.
I saw this on The Technique Zone.
I haven't tried this before. Has anyone else tried this?.
My concern would be once you have the tape down and have stamped/sponged on it, does the tape rip the background cardstock when taking it off.
Its a great idea however.
